Dear TAO Homeowners,

As we continue to strive to improve our community and the management of your HOA, we would like to announce that Noé Villegas Ortiz has joined the TAO Team as the HOA Manager.

We are very proud to welcome Noé to the TAO Family. Noé has exceptional organizational skills along with many other attributes that will keep the HOA department running smoothly.

Noé graduated from the John Brown University, Arkansas with a degree in English and Business Administration. After a short break, Noé moved back to his home town of Monterrey and graduated from the University of Nuevo Leon with a degree in Business Administration.

Noé has almost 20 years in Business Administration, especially in Condominium Management and Project Management. Noé spent the last 6 years working as the General Manager at the world-class luxury residences at Punta Esmeralda, Puerto Vallarta. Punta Esmerelda is located in a privileged resort location on the Costa Vallarta, equidistant between Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita, this ocean-front gated community is a 20 acre oasis of townhouses, villas and luxury condominiums.

Great news! The roundabout is almost finished. As soon as we get an official opening date we will let you all know.

On the 27th of March 2015 we received an email on behalf of the Golf Course explaining its new rules and regulations. We sent the following information via email and also posted it on the owners Facebook page.

As many of you have commented the new water system is up and running! The cistern is full with over a million liters of water and the provisional water tanks that were behind the QI building have now been removed. This is an amazing step that we know that many of you have wanted for some time now.

The TAO Group has invested more than 600,000USD in the construction and installation of the water softening equipment. With this water softening system in place you will notice a significant change of the water quality and also in the buildup of minerals in the pipes.

We would like to clarify that the water is not yet drinkable; however you can still use the water for brushing your teeth, etc. If you would like the water to be 100% pure then you will need to buy a Reserve Osmosis Machine. These machines can fit perfectly under the sink.

Many of you have seen that we now have Mail Boxes on the ground floors of the condo buildings (ZEN, QI, KIN, CHI, HIRA, RAM, KUN and XIAO). Over the next few days we will be connecting the intercoms, adding individual plaques to the boxes and handing out the keys.

We have a new Bulletin Board at the HOA Office. Here the homeowners can see the latest news and events that are happening in and around our community.

We will also be installing a TV screen that will be at the main entrance of TAO that will show urgent information and also promote upcoming events, visit to Yaxché and other things to do.

As many of you have seen we have almost finished installing the individual building plaques. We are also working on having 5 speed signs at various points around the community and also on the rules and regulations of the pool and the BBQ area.

The new Townhomes D are now completed and will be delivered throughout May 2015.

The gardening team is working hard to plant many more trees and plants from the main entrance of TAO to the new Townhomes D.
