Greetings from the Mayan Riviera!

My name is Isaac Henares, Chief Operation Officer of TAO, complementing the information sent by Mr. Benjamin Beja yesterday, with some good news about TAO. I am pleased to inform you that our In-House Attorneys have finalized the establishment of the Condominium Regime for Phases I and II. This is the legal document that your Closing Attorney requires to draft and produce your ownership title. This is certainly great news for our residential community.

This is how our residential community is integrated:

TAO Phase I (21 units): Townhomes in Agua Street, Townhomes in Bambú Street and Residences in Lago Street.

TAO Phase II (96 units): Condos in QI, ZEN and KUN buildings, Townhomes on Eclipse Street and XIAO Premium Condos con Lago Street.

TAO Phase III (275 units) — Closings on this phase will take place during 2016 —-

TAO Phase I and Phase II, which are the phases ready to produce Ownership Titles, were the beginning of TAO project and our biggest challenge. After building Condo Hotel Sian Ka’an (420 units), our dream was to create a more humanistic residential community; something that is rarely offered by developers in this region.
