The Sea Turtle Festival is a non-profit event designed for the recreation for the whole family.

The purpose of having it serve as a link between environmental education and art, to promote respect and protection of nature and the the creatures living in it, especially sea turtles. 

Hosted by Flora, Fauna and Culture of Mexico AC, since 2003, the Sea Turtle Festival includes activities like a sand sculpture contest,  kites, beach cleanups, and a closing party for all the event, at the Shrine of the  Sea Turtle, Beach-Xcacelito. >>

TAO Foundation and Tulum´s Rotary Club, are getting action with a campaign to prevent and detect AIDS in the communities of Riviera Maya.
