I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to those of you I have not had the pleasure of meeting, and to give you an update on the status of your future home.

Construction of this phase at SIRENIS has begun with significant work as you are able to see in our updated pictures from the construction site. We are planning on welcoming all owners of this phase during the month of June 2017. With this slight adjustment we are able to provide you with a smooth closing process ensuring a superior overall experience. We have adjusted our delivery process allocating sufficient buffer time to do our own inspection prior to your arrival, making the overall experience significantly better.

We are very excited with the delivery of the Sirenis CHAN building! As the date approaches, expect to receive more specific information with respect to delivery to set a more specific date that is mutually agreed upon from Polo Esponda, our Delivery Manager (deliveriesmanager@taomexico.com).

Regarding your closing procedures also expect to receive information from Leann Ginelle our Sales Attorney (salesattorney@taomexico.com) who will be working with you to coordinate the legal process.
