Por medio de la presente le recordamos que durante la asamblea que se llevó a cabo en Febrero del 2017 se acordó que cada propietario será responsable del mantenimiento de pintura exterior  de su unidad, por lo que después de esta temporada de lluvias es importante revisar el estado de pintura y de ser necesario programar el mantenimiento y mantener su unidad y el condómino en óptimas condiciones.

We hereby remind you that during the assembly held in February 2017 it was agreed that each owner will be responsible for the maintenance of exterior painting of their unit, so after this rainy season it is important to check the status of the paint and if is necessary schedule the works to maintain your unit and have the condominium in optimal conditions.
