One of the things that makes our Tao communities different is the special amenities that we provide for our owners and their guests. We want them to enjoy their time and feel good about themselves while they are here.

And the amenities are important if you plan on renting your home out. Happy renters become return visitors and this is good for you as a homeowner!

Today I will talk about some of the special amenities you will enjoy here in Tao Tulum.

All Tao Tulum homeowners (and their guests and renters) will enjoy exclusive access to our spectacular Tao Beach Club, situated in nearby Akumal.

Here at the Beach-Club bar, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy a frozen margarita or a fresh ceviche made from locally-caught seafood.

At Tao Beach Club you can swim in our infinity pool or if you prefer, take a dip in the bright blue Caribbean waters.

From our Beach Club terraces, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Mayan jungle on one side and the sea on the other.

And In Tao Tulum, our homeowners and guests will be able to enjoy their very own range of amenities, for the exclusive use of the Tao Tulum community.

Guests and homeowners will be able to enjoy some of the following planned amenities and services onsite:

Tulum is not a spring break or party destination like Cancun. A large proportion of visitors to Tulum come to relax, unwind and get away from the stress of everyday life. With that in mind, our Tao communities incorporate a wellness component - a focus on health, wellbeing and fitness.

You and your guests and renters can either relax and kick back or be more physically active, it's up to you, we cater to everyone`s needs!

Within Tao Tulum, we are also planning to build a boutique hotel. This boutique hotel will form an important part of the planned amenities on offer to the community. The hotel will have a multi-use room that will host a range of different classes such as yoga, tai chi and meditation.

And the great thing is that you, the owners, and your guests and renters in Tao Tulum can join in on the classes whenever you want. We will even have a yoga deck by the pool!

So not only can you enjoy all the really cool things to do in and around Tulum, such as visiting one of the world’s finest beaches, and gourmet dining but you can also be part of an active, friendly and healthy community within Tao Tulum itself.
