Those of you who joined us at the Tao Tulum presentation at The Gathering III were impressed when they got a glimpse of Benjamin Beja’s vision for Tao Tulum.

Benjamin is the CEO and founder of Tao Homes Mexico. After traveling to more than 100 countries around the world, Benjamin understood that people need to feel part of something.

And of course some RETA investors already know what is like to be part of a successful Tao community. When we launched Tao in the Gran Bahia resort in the Riviera Maya, the first RETA members who purchased were able to buy condos as low as $150,300. Now similar condos in Tao are listed at $220,000. And we expect the same success in our new community, Tao Tulum.

Prices in other new projects in Aldea Zama, where Tao Tulum is located, are on average, over $200,000 for similar size condos with 2 bedrooms. When I found out the prices we were going to be offering RETA members I was so surprised, I wanted to join RETA and get one for myself!

Not only that but other people I work with wanted to get in on this price as well because it is such a good deal. But this deal is limited to RETA members only. As soon as the RETA-only condos in Tao Tulum were released they were all gone in literally hours. We even had to open a wait list for some members who were unfortunately unable to get a condo.

This wait list is full at the moment. And we are running multiple MOST tours to cope with the demand from buyers to come and get a first-hand look at the location for Tao Tulum.

The good news is that you were able to get in on this amazing deal. You are now almost half way into your due diligence period. Most RETA buyers have already spoken to their attorney and have got the ball rolling on closing this great deal.
