Hi, Today I am bringing you exciting news - Tulum is getting ready to celebrate its very own food, wine and spirits festival…and I can't wait!

It's on from the 9th to the 12th of November, which is the same weekend as one of our MOST tours.
So let me tell you a little about the festival.

Tulum Food, Spirits & Wine, 2017, is a 3-day gastronomic festival where a diverse set of chefs from both the United States and Mexico will celebrate and pay homage to traditional Mexican cuisine, local ingredients, and products.

The festival starts today with a carnival-style party and street-food tasting event in Tulum town. Then throughout the weekend festival goers have the option of dining out for lunch and dinner at a variety of beautiful locations, either on the beach or in town. To get an idea of the events that are being held you can check out the website here https://www.tulumfswf.com/.

Here is a photo one of favorite local dishes:

In Mexico, and especially the Riviera Maya, we are very proud of our cuisine so this is a great opportunity to show it off to the world. Tulum Food, Wine and Spirits Festival is going to be a celebration of food, culture, and music in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

As for me and my friends, we will be going on the street-food tours which will be held every day in Tulum town. If you are interested and want to join us, just let me know!

And if you`re feeling brave you can sample some of the best Tequila and Mezcal in the business as well as cocktails made by some of the most famous mixologists in the world.

There will be parties every night if you don't feel like going to bed early... I will be working so I might have to skip this unfortunately!

If you haven't already fallen in love with Tulum's beaches, ruins and jungles you will probably end up falling in love with its food and drink.

It's not only a beautiful place but also an active, vibrant and really cool cultural destination. It's a place where there are awesome events, festivals and things to do. It’s a place that people from all over the world come to visit...

So come down to visit to check it out and see it for yourself. The best way to get a feel for a place is to visit. We have multiple MOST tours for RETA members running between now and Christmas. Just contact me to ask for dates and I'll do the rest...
