Dear ,

I am pleased to address you and wish you all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The reason for this letter is that we can establish an effective communication channel between all of us, and to clarify confusing, unclear or undefined issues. We have done a lot regarding this, but we are aware that we can improve further.

My belief is that with goodwill, honesty, integrity and trust can clarify any situation, define and achieve our goal of maintaining and increasing the value of our community to the maximum benefit of our owners.

You can rest assured that from our side we always try to do our best and will continue to do so.

We are aware that it’s impossible to ensure that all our residents are happy with the decisions that are carried out, since not always everyone want the same or see the reality in the same way. However, in case of conflict on our side we offer integrity, meet our contractual commitments and adherence to Mexican law, which is the law that governs us.

The issues we have identified where we’ve seen some concern from the owners are:

  • Bats.
  • Osmosis Water and Beach Club promised by Bahia Principe.
  • The maintenance fees and HOA.
  • Punch List and guarantees.
  • Parking for Town Homes, Ocean and Community.
  • Process units deeds Tao, which is already underway.
  • TAO Beach Club.
  • Retreat TAO
  • Lighting and Landscape in the community.
Proposal;

  1. Let's define a form of communication that is effective and one we all agree on.
  2. We will open the issues, we are not hiding anything. No need for neither we nor you, see the hidden issues. This does not promote communication.
  3. Define an agenda to present or clarify the necessary topics.
  4. Let us complete issues and not leave them open. We found that if the issues remain open, we create too much unnecessary noise.
In our organization and community we have 3 people who are very important in terms of our communication:

1. Noé: Condominium Manager, he is responsible for the maintenance of common areas of the condominium, regulation, safety and control. Likewise, it is responsible for financial administration. All those issues that occur in the community, outside your house, should be treated with Noé.

2. Darren: his position of Guest Service Manager, his aim is to be the link between TAO and the residents, and the person who is the architect of effective communication. It is also crucial support to residents in the process of moving and adapting to the area.

3. Silvia: New on the team, and with an extensive background in customer service, we intend to strengthen the position of Delivery Management. She is responsible for the coordination process delivery units and post-delivery care and punch list, guarantees and requests for change order process.

All of them Noe, Darren and Silvia report to me and are in constant communication with me. I think all three are excellent people who make a great effort to do their job with passion and commitment.

In this communication effort, along with me, this will be the team in charge of accomplishing our goal of being able to solve, define or communicate any matter necessary.

So what’s Next?

I intend to convene a meeting in January to define and set together our communication channel.

If there is any emergency issue required before January please let me know.
