The year 2012 was a special year for all of us at TAO. A year of new beginnings for this community, and a turning point in our sales efforts, as we can now showcase a finished product and can see our first TAO pioneers starting to embrace their new adventure.

We’ve noticed that we are increasingly receiving more and more qualified leads through owner referrals, which is truly encouraging. What better community neighbors than those handpicked by you?

The purpose behind this communication is to make it easier for you to entice a handful of family members, or good friends that you feel would consider growing roots in a community like ours. Sometimes all they need is a little nudge, and a few days in the sun to come down and discover TAO for themselves. To help with this, we’ve allocated four special Discovery Chill Weekends just for owner referrals over the next few months. We propose you join them, and take this opportunity to check on our progress if you haven’t done so recently.

Our Discovery Chill Weekends include:

• 4 days and 3 nights at the all-inclusive
  Gran Bahia Principe Sian Ka’an Resort
  for just $180 USD per person.
• Free Airport Pickup.

Your referred guest will receive up to $1,000 USD airfare reimbursement for property purchased within 30 days of visit.

For each referred sale an appreciation gift to you of 1% of the sale price will be credited towards future HOA dues, TAO Wellness center services, or can be redeemable to you in cash.
