Starting to Feel Like a Community

It’s the second month of the year already, time is flying by. In TAO things are looking very good and every day that passes feels a lot more like a community. In January we had our second workshop with Jonathan Ellerby about “Inspiring Living;” it was great to see among the attendance current residents and other future residents. I want you to remember that we are here for you and we are committed to give you the best experience. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please let us know.

HOA 2013

Due to a great effort and thanks to negotiations with the new company we have contracted, we have lowered the HOA fees without compromising the quality of services in our common areas of the residential community.

Remember that the HOA fee covers the maintenance of our common areas as followed:

*Electricity (lightning)
*Security
*Cleaning
*Gardening

*Pool cleaning
*Fumigation
*Garbage collection
*Maintenance Fee to Bahia Principe

New Gate at TAO

In TAO we always want to provide the best service possible and to always improve our standards. One change you will see in the community is that we have a new security company. This company is separate from Gran Bahia Principe and its focused on TAO exclusively. Please meet Ezequiel and Camerino, part of our new team of security.

February 24th

The flag of Mexico is one of the most significant symbols of this nation; Flag Day is celebrated on February 24. The national emblem of Mexico is an eagle perched on a cactus devouring a snake, this is based on an Aztec legend. Our emblem can be seen in the center of the flag.
