Dear TAO Community,
Do I sound like a broken record yet? It seems each month brings more and more excitement to TAO, and July is perhaps the most incredible leap we have made since the opening of the Wellness Center. Our brilliant ZEN Building is being delivered this month and we could not be more excited. Congratulations and good luck to all of our new residents: Chris & Mike, Daniela & Angélica, Sandra, Susan & Max, Cindy & Pete, and Jerry! Welcome home!

What an exciting time for many of us with the completion of the first condos in TAO! I arrived into a sea of worker bees getting my condo ready for my "walk through." I was pressed for time as my sister and friend were arriving over from China for a vacation in TAO we had arranged months ago. Tania, César, Adriana, and Zyanya were so patient with me. I do advise other condo owners to take their time with their walk through - allowing at least a week before planning to sleep the night. What I did was stay in Akumal Beach and one of those nights I witnessed a giant turtle laying her eggs in the moonlight. Just me and mother turtle… |
Finally, my finished condo was way beyond anything I could have imagined when I bought 2 odd years ago. I had not been down for 18 months and could not believe all the changes: new roads and pathways, the Wellness Center and the new restaurants in Sian Ka an. It’s all beautiful! All I can say is homeowners will love their condos. These condos are beautifully finished: the floors, the woodwork, everything. Thank you all for your hard work and vision.” |

A Special Tribute: In Memory
It is with great sadness that we want to
acknowledge the passing of Charlie Goudreau,
one of our very first homeowners. As a pioneer of
our community, many people on our team got to
know Charlie well and grew very fond of him.
We are naming one of our landmarks after him.
Thank you Charlie – we will truly miss you!
