TAO Inspired Living - Homeowners Newsletter - August 2013

Dear TAO Family!

The summer is almost over, we are getting ready for an amazing autumn season! In the meantime it is a pleasure to welcome to our community Jill, Esther and Jack.

This is a very special newsletters issue for us, as it's the most Mexican month of the year: we celebrate our Independence Day, the biggest national holiday celebration (sorry to break it to you guys, but it's not 5 de mayo).

We invite you to bring out the Mexican in you and celebrate with us wherever you may be, by eating tacos, waving a Mexican flag, by putting on your sombrero or simply by being proud of choosing Mexica as your second home.

Happy National Day, Switzerland! 1st. August

A delicious prehispanic secret. For generations within Mayan families this recipe has been passed along and it is considered a Yucatan Gastronomy specialty. Its particular thick consistency makes it look almost as a smoothie; this thickness comes from its main ingredient the pumpkin flower. Read the full recipe>>
