Buenos dias estimados propietarios,

Por este medio les informo que HOA acaba de contratar a la compañía Ecotec especialistas en control de plagas, ya que dentro de la comunidad tenemos un problema con el crecimiento de la población de gatos, los cuales son una plaga para la fauna local, están matando a las iguanas, aves y demás insectos; ya que estos no pertenecen a este ecosistema, en este momento calculamos tener entre 30 y 40 gatos dentro la comunidad, si los dejamos en un año se pueden reproducir y ser más de 150 gatos.

Esta compañía es reconocida por el cuidado y el trato a los animales es contratada por Hoteles, Residenciales, Restaurantes y Casas particulares.

El procedimiento que hará dentro de la comunidad es el siguiente:

    1. Se pondrán trampas con cebo para atrapar a los gatos.
    2. Tendremos un personal de Ecotec siempre disponible en caso de que un gato caiga a la trampa y sea retirado.
    3. Estas jaulas serán revisadas por los elementos de seguridad y/o mantenimiento en sus recorridos, si ven algún gato o alguno otro animal, se llamara a Ecotec para que venga a revisar la jaula.
    4. Los gatos serán trasladados a las oficinas de Ecotec y serán dados en adopción.
Recomendaciones importantes:
    • Si ustedes tienen gatos de su propiedad no los deje salir para no ser capturados y es importante que estén identificados para que estos no sean llevados por Ecotec.
    • No alimentar a los gatos que no son de su propiedad.

Important recommendations:

    • Do not feed cats that do not belong to you.
