One of the things that impressed me the most when I joined Tao was the vision of the owner, Benjamin Beja.

Benjamin is the CEO and founder of Tao. After traveling to more than 100 countries around the world, Benjamin understood that people need to feel part of something.

This led him to the idea of developing residential communities that connect people with nature and create a sense of belonging among like-minded individuals.

All of Tao’s communities are based on this principle.

Benjamin’s concept of belonging and wellness has been very significant in the success of our communities.

The Global Wellness Institute says that “wellness-focused homes and communities are seeing higher consumer demand and therefore higher prices than normal communities”.

The Institute has even mentioned us specifically in their magazine.

They regard our resort communities as the best in class in our part of the world because of our spa communities and wellness programs.


And of course some RETA investors already know what is like to be part of a successful Tao community. When we launched the first Tao community in the Gran Bahia resort in the Riviera Maya, the first RETA members who purchased were able to buy condos as low as $150,300. Now similar condos in Tao are listed at $220,000. And we expect the same success in our new community, Tao Tulum.

Prices in other new projects in Aldea Zama, where Tao Tulum is located, are on average more than $200,000 for similar-size condos with 2 bedrooms. When I found out the prices we were going to be offering RETA members in Tao Tulum I was so surprised, I wanted to join RETA and get one for myself!


Other people I work with wanted to get in on this price as well because it is such a good deal. But this deal is limited to RETA members only.

As soon as the RETA-only condos in Tao Tulum were released they were all gone in literally hours. We even had to open a wait list for some members who were unfortunately unable to get a condo.

This wait list is nearly full at the moment. And we are running multiple MOST tours to cope with the demand from buyers to come and get a first-hand look at the location for Tao Tulum.

The good news is that you were able to get in on this amazing deal.

Your due diligence period is now nearly complete. At this stage, almost all RETA buyers have already spoken to their attorney and have signed contracts. If, for some reason, you haven’t spoken to an attorney please let me know, I can help you with this.
