Dear TAO Family and Friends:I would like to send you my best wishes for this month of May, where we honor the extraordinary and fascinating efforts of all our mothers. On the 10th of May we celebrate Mother’s Day and we congratulate our mothers for their sincerity, bravery and their unconditional love which at times can be a very difficult task, but at the same time incredibly beautiful.Within our TAO Community, we would like to inform you that we have already progressed in several points that were discussed in the Homeowners meeting that we had at the end of March. By the end of this month we are aiming for a very high percentage of the completion of the points that were addressed. We would like to point out that we have not yet received any comments on the Rules and Regulations on Phase I and II that we discussed in the last HOA Meeting. We understand then that it is clear and meets the needs of the community. In the upcoming weeks we will be sending you information on the next HOA meeting where we will go over the progress of the Punch List, guarantees,fees and maintenance of the common areas. On the 10th of May we will be celebrating Mothers Day so in honor of all of the mothers at Yaxche, we have organised a special day with the parents and children in Yaxche. We will also be giving them basic medical supplies too.

May has arrived and the heat of summer is on! This leads many people to run inside, but don’t be fooled, the warmer weather brings one of the best times to be in the Riviera Maya. Water is the key!! Take a picnic, or try a new place to eat, bring a book or some art supplies, and let the cool waters connect you to the sense of calm and inspiration that you have been looking for. Dive in!
