Edition 1

Dear Tao Homeowners,

We'd like to ask for your cooperation in ensuring that we have a community that serves all of our property owners. We have been receiving a number of complaints from owners and renters about pets in our community, so we'd like to remind you of what is expected.

1. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of your homes. This includes the community pool. Your cooperation is appreciated.

2. You are expected to pick up after your pets. This includes picking up after them even in the wooded areas. Our workers are regularly in there cleaning leaves and other debris and it is very distasteful when they have to deal with pet feces. Small trash cans are available throughout our community for you to dispose of waste.

3. Pets are not allowed on the Bahía Golf Course. Also, we've had complaints from Bahia about Tao Residents and Guests using the golf course as a playground. Remember that the golf course is private property and not part of Tao. It is for the exclusive use of golfers. Please help us in maintaining a friendly working relationship with Bahía Management. They have threatened to put up a fence between our community and the golf course, and we'd prefer that it not get to that stage.

4. Pets are being left unattended on patios, especially in the evenings, and they are barking excessively, creating a disturbance. Please keep them inside when you are not home.

5. If you are renting your unit, please keep in mind that you are accountable for your renters, so please advise them of our community standards, and consider including these items in your rental contracts.

Attached you will find the regulation of the mascots.

If you have any doubts please contact me,

Regards.
